About the race
Adventure Awaits is a free, guided trail run organized by the PBC Department of Environmental Resources Management (ERM) at Seacrest Scrub Natural Area in Boynton Beach, Florida. The route covers approximately 3-mile and passes through pine stands and scrub habitat on sandy trails at Seacrest Scrub.
The meeting point is the Seacrest Scrub parking lot at 3400 S Seacrest Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33435. There is no restroom on site; a water cooler will be available for participants. The surface includes scrub sand that can affect footing.
Participants are asked to bring a water bottle and items for sun and insect protection, such as a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. The organizer requests that attendees do not bring pets and that minors are accompanied by an adult.
