Adventure Awaits - Three Mile Sunset Trail Run
This is a free, guided trail run organized by the PBC Dept of Environmental Resources Mgmt (ERM) at Seacrest Scrub Natural Area in Boynton Beach, FL. The route passes through pine stands and scrub, described as some of the scenic trails in Palm Beach County, and crosses a mix of habitats.
The run covers approximately 3 miles on a combination of hardened but mainly sandy natural-grade trails and scrub sand. The course requires movement over uneven, sandy surfaces. Meeting takes place in the Seacrest Scrub parking lot. There is no restroom on site; a water cooler will be available. The event is listed with an expected duration of 1 hour 30 minutes.
