Weekend in Wentworth 2027
Weekend in Wentworth 2027 takes place on June 12 to 13 at Wentworth Provincial Park in Wentworth, Nova Scotia. The event is a looped trail run on an approximately 4.5 km circuit composed of single track, gravel and a short paved section. The course is described as low technical with low elevation and participants may complete as many laps as they wish; there is no time limit per loop.
The event offers multiple timed formats:
- up to 24 hours, looped format
- up to 32 hours, opportunity to earn a buckle for 100 miles and an engraved Yeti bottle for 200 km
- 6 hours on the second day
There is one central aid station at the start and finish area providing water, an electrolyte drink, lap boards and basic nutrition. This is a cupless event; participants should plan accordingly. Additional hot items such as soup and grilled cheese will be available overnight and a barbecue is included in the race fee. Participants may set up personal aid stations along the course and may camp the night before free of charge.
Registration closes June 9 and transfers are allowed until that date. Refunds and deferrals are not available; organizers recommend reviewing the event refund guarantee option. Each participant will receive a customized finishing sticker and ten dollars from each registration will be donated to the Wentworth Food Bank. The event has a Hawaiian theme.
