Trail Running calendar near Dungog 2026-2027

A 27 kilometer out and back trail run from the top of Mt Sugarloaf to Wakefield and back, with aid stations, medical support and finish line soup. Entry is managed online and competitors must be 18 or older.

A running festival at Wandin Estate in the Hunter Valley offering marathon, half marathon, 10.5 km, 5 km and a 2 km kids event on a 10.55 km vineyard loop with varied terrain and an entry cap of 2,200.

A community trail running festival in Dungog, NSW offering 40 km, 20 km, 10 km and 5 km races, plus supervised kids outdoor activities, local food and coffee. Proceeds support the Dungog Shire Community Centre.

A 24 hour trail running event on 15 to 16 August 2026 at Black Hill NSW with solo and team relay options on an approximately 6.8 km loop with 300 m elevation per lap. Camping, music, a kids race and event medals are included.

An approximately 30.9 km mixed terrain run on Mt Woolooma with 1,423 m elevation gain. Checkpoints provide water refills and volunteers, and Woolooma Glass House is the halfway point with bathroom and water.
